The focus of C4e is to provide clients with products and services to help
improve their understanding, training, and management of petroleum products
throughout the lifecycle, from RDT&E to proper disposition. The majority
of C4e's work has focused on fuel specification development, storage and
distribution, quality control, environmental compliance, fuel system upgrades,
automation and accounting. C4e offers a unique depth of expertise on military
jet fuels currently in use and those under consideration for future use.
C4e has been actively involved in providing management oversight and quality
assurance in the testing, inspection, and upgrade repairs of fuel systems
using the latest technologies. C4e employees played key roles in synthetic
fuel development, including the development and qualification of oil
shale-derived jet fuel and Fischer-Tropsch processed fuels. C4e currently
serves on the "Expert Panel" formed by the Air Force Research Laboratory
to streamline the process used to qualify new fuels and additives for use
in aircraft and ground vehicles. No other commercial company can match C4e's
depth and breadth of experience with military petroleum specification, quality
assurance, equipment, and environmental issues.
