Tom Ashman
Vice President

Mr. Ashman is a multi-skilled transformational leader in supply chain concepts, energy-related operations, and logistics business processes. He has an extensive, intimate experience in developing comprehensive action plans, aligning large resources to efficiently meet objectives, and directly supervising personnel to attain organizational goals. Mr. Ashman implemented a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)-wide effort to simplify customer interfaces through integration of supply support and designation of lead centers. He led the process team charged with standup responsibilities, systems standards, and performance tracking. Mr. Ashman synchronized twelve of the DLA's highest logistics and acquisition pursuits, such as business systems modernization and strategic materiel sourcing. He presented details of high-visibility solicitations and awards to numerous Senate, House, and Congressional Committee forums. Acted as the Agency point man for the congressionally challenged $39 million Department of Defense (DoD) black beret procurement and successfully defended the complex acquisition strategy. He provided innovative management of the Air Force's largest general supply funding program in support of depot maintenance operations. Worked directly with the Air Force Supply Activities and System Support Offices at the Air Logistics Centers to consistently achieve year-end obligation rates of 100% for $840 million.. He created central portions of the DLA's annual performance contract. He struck a balance between reporting and overseeing contractual arrangements for 850,000 high demand parts and readiness drivers.


 

Kathryn Pendergast Wolf
Vice President

Ms. Wolf has a strong history of superior decision making and bottom-line resource management. Her expertise includes operations, logistics, material management, quality assurance and audits. Ms. Wolf's government work experience includes assignments with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Energy Policy office; and Headquarters Air Force Energy Policy Office. At Ferrellgas (largest US propane company) she served as the corporate Manager for Safety and Technical Support. While at Dynamics Research Corporation she lead the development of several automated decision support systems. She has served as program manager for several key information technology projects at Headquarters Air Force, Deputy Chief of Staff, Installations and Logistics. She was 'by-name' selected to develop an information system enterprise architecture plan; including developing the business, data, and automation architectures and a technology deployment plan to move the USAF to a shared information environment using web technology. Currently, Ms. Wolf provides consulting services to the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for Warfighting Integration and Chief Information Officer (SAF/XC). in the areas of business analysis, performance management, and organizational development.
