The objective of the course is to provide a basic understanding of fueling operations at fixed base operations (FBO) at commercial airports with responsibility for into-plane refueling of government aircraft. It is available to individuals involved in auditing or operating an FBO. The cost for the course is $995. A $100 DISCOUNT is applied for courses hosted in the San Antonio / Austin, Texas area.

The course will introduce participants to:

• The procurement processes associated with direct delivery of into-plane contracting;
• Developing and evaluating a contractor's Quality Control and Safety Procedures;
• Developing and evaluating contract requirements and processes, such as receiving, storing and handling, issuing, general refueling safety, and fire prevention and protection;
• Understanding many of the special processes employed by contractors;
• Applying procedures to perform a facility capability study; and
• Developing and implementing a surveillance program.
